The Oxford University Press (OUP) Pakistan will launch its latest publication titled “Food Prints: An Epicurean Voyage through Pakistan: Overview of Pakistani Cuisine” today (Friday) at a ceremony to be held at Frere Hall. The book, written by Shanaz Ramzi, celebrates the diversity of Pakistani cuisine and is a unique effort to bring to the reader the plethora of dishes popular in the country, tracing their origins and the legends surrounding some of them
An OUP Pakistan statement on Thursday said that OUP Pakistan Managing Director Ameena Saiyid will present the welcome address while the author of the publication will also speak on the occasion.
