Minister in-charge for National Harmony and All Pakistan Minorities Alliance (APMA) Chairman Dr Paul Bhatti lauded Most Holy Redeemer Cathedral Church and said it reflected memories of Sufism and interfaith harmony in its construction structure.
The church offers facility, enabling people from different religions to perform their prayers according to their faith.
Dr Paul Bhatti was received warmly by 50 members of the church, led by Bishop Andrew Francis, Catholic Bishop of Diocese, Multan, and Bishop of Church of Pakistan, Bishop Leo.
Bishop Andrew appreciated the commitment of Dr Paul Bhatti for his untiring efforts for the uplift of minorities in the country and assured him all possible support, adding he and his diocese stand with APMA, which is only representative party of all minorities.
Bishop Leo also expressed the same thoughts and assured Dr Paul Bhatti all help and his collaboration.
The structure of the Most Holy Redeemer Cathedral Church, commonly known as Catholic Bishop’s House, has symbolic value in reference with all faiths and reflects symbols of different religions.
