The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) on Thursday approved increase in power tariff of two power generation companies.
According to details, NEPRA has given approval of hike in power tariff of Central and Jamshoro Power Generation Companies from 51 paisa to Rs2.68 per unit.
With the recent increase, tariff of Guddu Power Plant has been increased to Rs21.36 per unit while the power tariff of Jamshoro power company has been recorded as Rs76.22 after an increase of 7 paisa per unit.
NEPRA has issued the notification of increase in power tariffs of the two power companies.
