PHC takes suo motu notice of Bannu jailbreak

Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Wednesday took suo motu notice of militants attack on Bannu Jail, in which over 380 inmates had escaped.
PHC Chief Justice Dost Muhammad has also formed a two member judicial committee comprising Additional Registrar of Bannu bench Ashfaq Taj and District and Sessions Judge Adil Khan to inquire the incident. The chief justice has also directed the inquiry committee to submit investigation report within three days.
