Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif has urged the international community to help stabilize Pakistan to achieve success in war against terrorism.
Nawaz Sharif said this while talking to Italian Ambassador in Pakistan Vincenzo Prati, who called on him at his Raiwind residence here on Monday. During the meeting, they exchanged views on Pakistan’s role in the war on terror, bilateral relations and situation in the region.
Nawaz Sharif said Italy has always extended support to Pakistan in difficult times and for democracy which was a good omen. He said that people of Pakistan, its armed forces and security institutions have rendered maximum sacrifices in the war on terror. He said the world must recognize these sacrifices and play its role to stabilize Pakistan.
