Parliamentary leader of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) in the National Assembly Dr Farooq Sattar has said his party seeks to empower Pakistani youths.
Talking to media after visiting Nazir Hussain University, Farooq Sattar said the antiquated system cannot hold back the flight of his party. He said the MQM will enkindle every house with the light of awareness and knowledge, adding the foremost priority is to stir up consciousness of education among the youths.
Social and welfare institutions, Sattar noted, will have to lend helping hand to educational institutions, demanding at least five percent of the gross domestic product (GDP) be allocated to education.
