Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf Chairman Imran Khan has requested scientist Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan to become his party patron.
Dr Qadeer called Imran on Sunday to discuss various national and political issues. The PTI chief reportedly asked the scientist to lead his party as it would benefit from his guidance.
The two discussed issues like terrorism, law and order situation, fuel price hike, joblessness, corruption as well as other challenges faced by the country, and the current government’s response to them.

A good move but a patron must remain a patron and no more. Whereas we all respect Dr A Q Khan caution must be exercised. Good thinking which needs to be executed with prudence.

The next President should be Air Marshall (Rtd) Asghar Khan. He is a man of impeccable character.

All people who are sincere with Pakistan should join against the forces of corruption and who has been taking turns in looting and plundering the country for few decades now. Its AQ decision who he wants to join or not!

We have a funny way of treating our great people compared to our neighbour India. When Dr Abdul Kalam made the nuclear bomb, he was made THE PRESIDENT! When Dr Abdul Qadeer made the bomb He was put in house arrest as if he was the only guilty man. I suggest if Mr.Imran comes to power he should be made the symbolic President.But will Uncle SAM allow it?
I totally agree with M.M.Khan. We tarnish our National Heros. Tell me one National Hero since Quaid e Azam. It is not that we have had none, the fact is we have not respected them. How many great artist (musicians, actors, writers, paintist, players) have had miserable end to their life. Nation that doesnt respect its gems, are respected by no one. And this is the state we are in.

i think Dr A Q Khan no need to join any political party caz he is above all these parties …he is hero of Nation not any specific party….
but as a PML N Lover i must say Dr AQ khan must join PML N …Q A Khan could b next president of Pakistan ……according to A Khan previous statement about Govt Of Punjab i feel he likes M.S.Sharif as C.M ….any way A Khan is a Hero of Nation….we all love him and we all praying for his health
