Foreign Affairs Secretary Jalil Abbas Jailani on Saturday said Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar would soon visit the US to resume dialogue process with Washington. He said dialogue process with the US would be initiated soon. Jilani said negotiations between both the countries that remained suspended for some time would be resumed in coming days. The secretary further said parliamentary recommendations which were adopted by both the National Assembly and Senate members would be implemented. The foreign secretary said Pakistan would strengthen its mutual relations with the other countries of the region including India. Pakistan and the US are all set to negotiate after their bilateral relations plunged into new low after US cross border attacks on Pakistani check-posts that killed over dozen soldiers. Islamabad would put its recommendations approved by the joint sitting of the parliament on new guidelines on foreign policy with special focus on US, on the negotiating table.
