An inspector of excise department was killed in a bomb blast outside his house on Saturday morning.
According to police, unknown miscreants had planted explosives with boundary wall of house of Excise Inspector Khaista Mir located in Takhtabad Ghani Rehman Kaley area of Peshawar which went off with a big bang.
As a result of the blast, Khaista Mir was killed on the spot. While a portion of his house was also damaged due to explosion. The deceased excise inspector was deployed in district Haripur. The police said that the bombing incident could be outcome of personal enmity.
