Another feather in Red Crescent Sindh’s cap

A diagnostic centre equipped with all modern healthcare facilities was inaugurated on Friday at the Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) Sindh at Teen Talwar in Clifton.
The Red Crescent Diagnostic Centre was inaugurated by PRCS Sindh Chairperson Farzana Naek, who applauded the efforts of Secretary General Dr Farooq Memon and Sindh Health Department.
“We offer our patients specialised and personal care at the centre,” she said, maintaining that the PRCS aims to provide high quality treatment to the patients.
Naek also urged the people to make the best use of the health facility.
The centre equipped with all modern facilities including ultrasound, x-ray, basic investigation pathology labs, echocardiogram, blood sugar monitoring and nebulisation will provide out-patient clinics including geriatric and paediatrics at very low costs.
Male female doctors will attend to patients from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm.
“Our mission is to alleviate the suffering of the most vulnerable population by mobilising the power of humanity,” said PRCS Provincial Secretary Kanwar Waseem.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by PRCS Vice Chairman Raffique Jaffery, Vice Chairman Raees Ahmed Khan, Honorary Secretary General Dr Farooq Memon, Honorary Treasurer Sheikh Jalaludin, Provincial Secretary Kanwar Waseem and other executive committee members of the PRCS Sindh.
