The World Health Day is globally observed every year. In this connection, a free medical camp was arranged at Shalimar Hospital Outpatient Department.
A number of patients were facilitated by free blood sugar tests, screening of Hepatitis, BMI and eye check-up. Awareness literature and free medicines were provided to the patients in the camp. At this occasion Hospital Chief Executive Dr Rashid Ahmed, Dr Bilal Bin Youna, Dr Haroon Yousaf, Dr Osama Habib, Dr Ahsan Nadeem Rana, LT Gen (R) Dr M Afzal Najeeb, Dr Saleem-ur-Zaman Adhami, Dr Anis Ahmed and Ms Amna Attique delivered healthcare awareness lectures to the public. During the lectures there was also a question-answer session arranged for the public.
Chief Executive, Shalimar Hospital Dr Rashid Ahmed visited the camp and appreciated the public interest and involvement of pharmaceuticals.
