Zardari to invite Indian PM to Pakistan

President Asif Ali Zardari is expected to hold one-on-one meeting with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Sunday and invite him to visit Pakistan.
According to Indian media reports, Zardari and Singh are likely to discuss bilateral and regional issues in an exclusive meeting “without any aides or members of their delegation present.”
Presidential spokesman Farhatullah Babar said in a statement that Zardari accepted a lunch invitation from Singh and the pair would meet in New Delhi on Sunday. This is the first visit to India by a Pakistani head of state since 2005.
An Indian newspaper claimed that Zardari will invite Singh to visit Pakistan, and that no joint statement would be released after the meeting.
