Special Assistant to CM inquires after injured staff

Special Assistant to Chief Minister Khawaja Salman Rafique visited Sir Ganga Ram Hospital and inquired after the health of injured staff of Islamic Skills School, Gulberg, who had wounded in a traffic accident. Khawaja Salman Rafique directed the hospital administration to provide them best possible treatment facilities free of cost. Medical Superintendent Dr Ijaz Ahmad Sheikh, Director Emergency Dr Rana Sohail and other doctors were present on the occasion.
The 14 staff members including eight women, five men and one young boy were injured when their vehicle turned turtle on the Mall.
Dr Ijaz Sheikh informed Rafique that five male and four female patients admitted in surgical emergency were out of danger whereas the condition of four women and the boy was critical who were under treatment in Neuro ICU.
Khawaja Salman Rafique also met the relatives of patients and assured them of all help. He also inquired about the facilities being provided to the patients. The relatives and the patients expressed their satisfaction over the arrangements and thanked the chief minister and the Punjab government for providing free treatment facilities in public sector hospitals.
