A two-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Jawad S Khawaja has directed the police to recover the missing girl ‘Sobia’ and present her in the court on 11th April.
During hearing at the Lahore Registry, SP Shadman town sought time from the court for the recovery of the missing girl. At this, Justice Jawad S Khawaja expressed displeasure and asked him to see the file of the case and would then know the facts. “That speaks inefficiency of the police performance.”
The court said that Police Prosecution Department has published eye catching books but its performance was zero.
