A shutter down strike was observed here on the call of Hazara Democratic Party and Pashtoonkhwa Milli Awami Party to protest against Thursday’s firing incident in the city.
The incident fomented restlessness among the citizens. Some angry people going on the rampage, opened fire which killed a policeman on the spot and police post was torched by the protesters.
The local administration has stepped up security after tension in Barori area. Large contingents of police and other forces were deployed along Barori Road and adjoining residential areas.
Desecration of the Dead. Don’t play politics on Dead bodies.The Dead have also to be respected. The Govt has lost all credibility to Govern.
