Malaysian Scholar Dr. Syed Othman Alhabshi on Thursday delivered lecture on Islamic banking and finance at Riphah International University.
Renowned scholar and an expert in Islamic finance, Datuk Dr Syed Othman Alhabshi, Chief Academic Officer of International Centre of Education in Islamic Finance (INCEIF), Malaysia, visited Riphah International University and delivered a lecture on ‘Islamic Banking and Finance for Dynamic Blend of Shariah and Professional Expertise’ at Al-Mizan Campus of the university in Rawalpindi. His lecture was attended by a gathering of academicians, banking and finance experts, teachers and students of various faculties of Riphah International University and other educational institutions of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Othman Alhabshi spoke on various aspects of Islamic finance, particularly Takaful and education in Islamic business.
