Lindsay Lohan is set to start preparing for her guest appearance on ‘Glee’ after her formal probation finally ends on Thursday. She wrapped up her final 14 days of morgue janitorial duty and last five therapy sessions wrapped on Wednesday. The actress is slated for one of the season’s final episodes of the hit comedy, playing herself as a celebrity judge at Nationals, TVline.com reported. According to her spokesman Steve Honig, she will then jet to Vancouver to start filming the TV movie ‘Liz and Dick’, in which she’ll play Elizabeth Taylor. The comeback bid, which started with last month’s turn on ‘Saturday Night Live’, is in full swing. If all goes according to plan, the actresses’ double-DUI case will be terminated. A last-minute claim Lohan was involved in a recent Hollywood hit-and-run appears to have run out of gas. “She really buckled down on this. She’s been getting up at 5 in the morning for the community service for a while now. She’s a champ,” Honig said. He said Lohan, 25, had no plans to “celebrate” other than holding “her head high.”
