Petition filed in LHC for PM’s disqualification

Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday accepted a petition for hearing seeking Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani’s disqualification.
The plea was filed in the LHC in which the petitioner took the stance that the Prime Minister received billions of rupees loans from Agriculture Development Bank, National Bank but did not pay them back.
The petitioner submitted that a person committing massive corruption cannot be elected as Prime Minister under the constitution
The court after admitting the petition sent notices to National Bank, Agriculture Development Bank and Attorney General to submit replies by April 11.

  2. MashaAllah this is wonderful news. Well done to the man & I hope the SC takes action. We want tthis corrupt PM Gilani hanged along with the president for the misery Pakistanis have suffered due to their greed.

Why blame this Gaddi Nashin who thinks now that he is the PM of Pakistan, it is his holy turf.He is what he always was in the public office: a Predator.That is why the term MBBS was coined for him.Before any one presumes that he is a medical doctor,let us dissect it it to be: Mian,Bevi Children Sammat(MBBS).
