Transporters in Karachi have announced that none of their vehicles would run for passengers on Thursday.
According to sources, they have taken this decision after losing dozens of buses/trucks to arsons in the last two days following a couple of political murders.
Karachi Transport Ittehad President Irshad Bukhari, in a statement issued here, regretted the government’s callousness towards transporters’ losses and tied their coming back on the roads with foolproof protection.
