Sindh CM takes notice of Karachi violence

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah Tuesday issued directives of strident action against the rogue elements creating law and order situation in the metropolis.
The top executive of the province, taking notice of the violence breakout that overwhelmed entire city and has its ramifications felt in some Interior Sindh areas, directed the provincial Home Minister Manzoor Wassan, Additional Inspector General of Police and Chief Secretary Home to take strict action against the saboteurs involved in the city mayhem.
It is pertinent to note here that violence erupted in the city after some miscreants forced into the house of a worker of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and killed him. His brother and sister-in-law were in critically injured.
Later on this morning, six vehicles including a police mobile van were set on fire near a private hospital near National Stadium.
Thus far, over 25 vehicles have been torched in the city.
