The Supreme Court on Tuesday adjourned the hearing of the contempt of court case against Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani till April 12.
A seven-member bench headed by Justice Nasir Mulk was hearing the case.
PM’s counsel Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan expressed his grievances while appearing before the court today.
“Will you be able to give evidences today?” the court asked the counsel.
Ahsan answered in negative and said that he was not feeling well.
The court then asked Ahsan if he could complete his evidences in five days.
In reply, Ahsan said that he could not promise the court.
On March 26, Aitzaz Ahsan’s assistant, Gohar told the court that Ahsan was not able to appear before the court as he was ill, hence the hearing was adjourned till March 27.

  2. Judges are asking Gillani to violate the constitution…! why don't the judges give judgement that president doesn't have immunity?

  3. Well Done Aitzaz Sb. Drag this Judges Union till March 2013. I know that a genius like you can easily do it. Some of the bodies sitting on top chairs are like your “”KIDS”” in Legal and constitunal matters, and need a lesson.
