The Allama Iqbal Town Police on Monday recovered two girls, who were allegedly kidnapped and raped by two cops and their accomplice at a house located in Allama Iqbal Town Area. Police arrested one accused, who introduced himself as a cop but later proved to be a civilian. However, the alleged two cops managed to flee. The victim girls were identified as Anum and Kiran. According to police, they received a call from 15-control, stating that two girls were being raped by some men at a house located in Huma Block, Allama Iqbal Town.
Police raided the said house and recovered the aforesaid girls. Police also arrested Rana Shahzad, who pretended to be a cop but later proved fake. The girls, in police custody, claimed that two unidentified cops kidnapped them from Moon Market at gunpoint. They claimed that the two cops shifted them to a house in Huma Block where they along with Rana Shahzad allegedly gang raped them.
