Despite claims by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), flaws are still present in preliminary electoral rolls displayed in Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa.
As many as 22 thousands dead voters names are present in these lists, like one Abdul Karim, resident of Peshawar who was passed away but his name was included in the lists.
Likewise, eight more dead voters of same constituency are given right to cast their vote, which speaks the volume of accuracy of the electoral rolls.
Meanwhile, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) displayed preliminary electoral rolls at around 5000 centers across the province.
The ECP did not confirm these mistakes but assured that it would amend the electoral rolls on finding errors.
