Seven FATA MPs form new group led by Afridi

As many as seven parliamentarians from the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) have formed a separate parliamentary group to pursue their demands. Addressing a press conference, Senator Hamidullah Jan Afridi announced that he would be the head of the parliamentary group comprising two senators and three members of the National Assembly. Afridi said that Munir Orakzai and Abbass Afridi had also formed their separate groups of parliamentarians from FATA. He urged the government not to talk with Munir Orakzai on issues related to FATA. He said the government should discuss the issues with their group.
