Talking to Pakistan Television (PTV), Dr Shabeer Ahmed Dehraj said that there was no difference between dairy and fresh milk, both are rich in calcium. He said that brushing the teeth after breakfast and before sleeping for a minimum duration of at least three minutes daily prevents the teeth against bacterial attacks. He said during brushing, the position of the tooth brush head should be at an angle of 45 degrees towards your gum line. He said that milky teeth remain six to eight years after which permanent teeth replace them, adding care for teeth should be adopted from the early age while parents can help their kids in that matter. He said that during the visit to a dentist, he could provide sufficient information about dental care plan. It is found that most people use their teeth for a different kind of activities.
