Defence Minister Chaudhry Ahmad Mukhtar has said the government would strengthen the conventional and strategic capabilities of the armed forces to make the defence of the country impregnable.
The minister was talking to Chief of Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafiq Butt who called on him here on Wednesday.
During the meeting professional matters in the Ministry of Defence were discussed.
The Defence Minister assured that the government would provide all the necessary resources for improving the defence sector which was essential for safeguarding the territorial integrity of the country
