Information Minister Firdous Ashiq Awan said on Wednesday that procedure of PM’s removal was written in constitution.
Talking to journalists in Islamabad, she said Yousaf Raza Gilani was an elected prime minister of the government; only parliament was authorised to remove him from his office.
She said further that the PM was being tried in the Supreme Court; and media trial of the prime minister should also be stopped.
Implementation of radio tax had nothing to do with the Radio Pakistan, she said and announced a housing scheme for the Radio employees.

  3. In case Firdous Ashiq Awan is not aware, the oath of the PM says "That, as Prime Minister of Pakistan, I will discharge my duties, and perform my functions, honestly, to the best of my ability, faithfully in accordance with the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the law, and always in the interest of the sovereignty, integrity, solidarity, well- being and prosperity of Pakistan". If it is proved that he has violated his oath, he is dismissed automatically. So simple!!

  4. When everyone from Top to Bottom is passing the judgments so vociferously, then what the hell we have got these courts for?
