The police rounded up a kidnappers’ gang comprising a couple and recovered abducted child from their possession here late Tuesday night.
According to details, Bara Kahu police during an action arrested a couple including Dr Arshad and his accomplice Dr Aisha involved in kidnapping and human trafficking.
The kidnapper couple was going to sell a 2 year kidnapped child but timely action by police foiled the bid.
The recovered child was shifted to Federal Government Services Hospital (Poly Clinic) for treatment.
The police have registered case against the suspects on charges of kidnapping and human trafficking.
