The Khyber Pakhtunkhawa provincial government has announced to appoint 28 eunuchs in various departments.
According to social welfare department of KP, at least 28 eunuchs would be appointed in education, health, social wlfare departments besides town offices.
In the second phase more educated eunuchs would be appointed in various departments of provincial government, the sources said.
It should be mentioned that KP had allocated quota of 80 government jobs for educated eunuchs of the province.
Two eunuchs have already been appointed and 28 more would be given responsibilities in different departments soon, the sources said.
The KP social welfare department said that remaining 50 eunuchs would be shortly adjusted in second phase of appointments.
