Afghan President Hamid Karzai became father of a girl on Sunday. Indian Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh sent a congratulatory message to Karzai on the birth of his daughter. Manmohan called up Karzai to convey his good wishes for the health and future well being of the mother and the child, the PM Office said in a statement. Karzai, 55, is married to Dr Zinat Karzai since 1998 and this is their first child.
