Upcoming band N1 is set to launch its debut music video ‘Inqilaab’. The music video is an attempt to answer questions surrounding the word “inqilaab”. “Inqilaab’ starts with awakening,” said Naimul Abd who is the main force behind the one-man-band N1 and is also a seasoned marketer and strategist. He added, “Our message is that the revolution is within you.” ‘Inqilaab’ is a nationalistic song. N1 also laid to rest the controversy that ‘Inqilaab’ has a political slant to it. The ‘Inqilaab’ video is currently running on all major music channels and radio stations, apart from being actively viewed online. The lyrics of the song are thought provoking and the song has just the right rhythm one would expect in a high-energy revolution song. The video has been done at an impressive scale, featuring more than a hundred people in its cast across Lahore and Karachi. The production side itself has some of the leading names in business including the co-directors DJ Shahrukh and Rizwan Ahmad and music production by DJ Ali Mustafa with Sayyam Ahmad Rana on guitar. About N1 and its future plans Naimul Abd says, “We are simultaneously working on two albums: one around revolution theme with ‘Inqilaab’ as its lead song and other containing popular music with its lead song ‘Ghoomay Ja’. There is lot of exciting stuff in the pipeline for our fans in 2012. ”
