A journalist was found dead at a local hotel in Mingora, Swat on Saturday. According to details, Shah Hussain rented a room at Pamir Hotel on Friday. The hotel staff said that Hussain checked in at 7pm on Friday and went straight to his room. They said he did not contact the hotel staff for any service until Saturday afternoon, which made them anxious.
The hotel’s duty manager said he went to Hussain’s room to find out if everything was fine. However, he said he was shocked to see that Hussain was lying dead on his bed. The hotel staff said they immediately informed the police which took the dead body into custody.
