Admissions from Matriculation to MA/MSc level programme of the Allama Iqbal Open University for the semester spring 2012 with late fee charges will be received till March 22, 2012.
Date for submission of the admission forms will not be extended in any case, said AIOU Director Admissions Syed Zia-ul-Hasnain. The admission forms and prospectuses for all programmes offered in spring 2012 semester can be obtained from the sale points at main camp, regional campuses and coordinating offices from across the country.
He said that admission forms with required fee and late fee charges can be submitted at the nationwide branches of First Women Bank, Bank Alfalah, Allied Bank and the designated branches of National Bank of Pakistan and Habib Bank Ltd. Fees in shape of bank draft/pay order will not be accepted, he added.
The director admissions said that late fee charges for Matric programme is Rs 200, for FA/BA Rs 400 while Rs 1,000 for admission in MA/MSc programmes would be charged. He further said that results of Intermediate and BA programmes had been declared and provisional certificates (Completers) had been placed on website www.aiou.edu.pk of the university. He said the students would have to attach the print copy of his/her downloaded completer with the admission forms and will submit it till March 22.
