NCSW to launch its two years report on March 25

The National Commission on the Status of Women (NCSW) will launch a two-year report (2010-2012) on March 25 about its activities for the welfare of women.
The commission will complete three years of its term on March 25, as a new commission will come on board soon, said a news release.
Prime Minister, Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani announced its autonomous status on the International Women’s Day.
The launch of the report and the media briefing will be attended by the members of the national commission.
3-day Tent Pegging competition from March 16: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) will organise a three-day Tent Pegging Competition at the Fatima Jinnah (F-9) Park from March 16.
The competition will be inaugurated by CDA Chairman Farkhand Iqbal on March 16 while the Prime Minister’s Task Force on Islamabad Faisal Sakhi Butt will be the chief guest for the competition’s prize distribution on March 18.
The three-day competition will be attended by prominent Tent Pegging Clubs.
