A minor girl was killed, while her sister along-with six soldiers of Frontier Constabulary (FC) were injured in cross firing ensued following militants’ attack on a security checkpoint in Mattani area, in FR Peshawar on Wednesday, an official source said. Ambrina (5), daughter of Noor Muhammad died in the crossfire, while her sister Sabrina (6) sustained wounds after militants attacked Jani Garh security check post, close to their house. Six soldiers of FC also received bullets wounds during the battle that continued for over two hours. The terrorists managed to flee the scene after the attack.
