Husain Haqqani was denying everything because he was in Pakistan under the danger of being arrested, but now he is out of the country, safe and sound, and is admitting that he had contacts with Mansoor Ijaz.
It is likely that more disclosures would come from his side and most probably it would be established that he was the main linchpin in the Memogate scandal. It is also a possibility that he may come out with more lethally cobwebbed conspiracies. On whose indications he wrote a book against his own country and on whose go-ahead he engineered the Memogate is not a million-dollar question. May Allah guide him to use his genius for the benefit of his motherland!
