A young man killed his married sister over matrimonial issues in the Shahdara Town Police Area on Monday. The victim was identified as 32-year old Aisha, a resident of Jameel Town. The police said that Aisha had contracted marriage with a local of Gojra city couple of years ago but despite her marriage Aisha used to stay at her parent’s home. The police said that Aisha’s brother namely Sher Ali was annoyed with her and used to push her to live with her husband. Even both the brother and sister used to quarrel over the same issue.
On Monday, they two again got involved in a clash with each other on the same issue. During the clash Sher Ali brought out his gun and opened fires on Aisha due to which she sustained bullet injuries and died instantly. Some locals informed the police whose officials after reaching the scene removed the body of the victim to the morgue for autopsy and registered a case against Sher Ali, who managed to escape safely from the scene.
TORSO IN A SACK: A torso of a young girl packed in sack was found from a drain located in Nawankot Police Area on Monday. The police said that some locals of the area had found a sack floating in the drain located near Bakar Mandi. When locals opened the sack they found a torso of a girl packed in the sack over which they informed the local police, whose officials, after reaching the scene removed the body of the victim to the morgue for autopsy and started investigating the matter.
SEXUAL ASSAULT, MURDER: A four-year old boy, who was found murdered after sexual assault in the Batapura Police Area on Sunday, was identified as Rehman, a resident of Gujjarpura Area. The police said that the deceased was kidnapped by unidentified kidnappers on Friday. Gujjarpura Police was investigating the matter after registering a case of kidnapping against the unidentified kidnappers, but meanwhile kidnappers had sexually assaulted the minor and killed him. Police on Monday handed over the body of Rehman to his family after autopsy and started investigating the matter.
