Free pollen allergy relief camp in capital soon

The Islamabad Capital Territory administration decided to start free of cost pollen allergy relief camp at Aabpara Community Centre soon for providing treatment facilities to the allergy patients. This camp will start in this month after reviewing the reports from the Met Office regarding the pollen count in the atmosphere, District Health Officer (DHO) Dr Azhar Khan told APP.
He said that as per past practices, homeopathic, allopathic and hikmat treatment facilities would be provided to the allergy patients free of cost including all allergy medicines. According to a source in met office, the trend in allergic pollen would change soon and the concentration of paper mulberry pollen would also increase and dominate the other allergic pollen in the second half of March.
The pharmaceutical companies and philanthropists have also announced donations of medicines for the camp which will remain continue for more than 10 days, Dr Azhar said. The medical facilities include free life saving medicines in the emergency department besides nebulisation, bronchodilaters, steroids, oxygen therapy, nursing care and specialists consultation etc.
IESCO announces power shutdown schedule: The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) on Monday announced two days (March 13-14) power shutdown schedule Due to electricity maintenance/development work. According to an IESCO spokesman the power supply of the areas fall under the following grid station/feeders would remain suspended:

On Wednesday (March 14): From 9am to 2pm, Jail Park & Park View feeders, Chaklala, Car Chowk, Morgah, Sowan Camp, Mohra Nagial, & Surrounding area, Morning 9am to 4pm, I-8/3 feeder, F/Block feeder, I-9/4 feeder, Muslim Town feeder, Chushnab feeder, I-8/2 feeder, Al-Cattle feeder, CDA feeder, Morning 8am to 1pm, CST feeder, CDA Sewerage Treatment Plant.
