ATC adjourns Anjum Aqeel case till March 20

The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Rawalpindi Tuesday adjourned hearing of the land grabbing scam case against Anjum Aqeel of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) till March 20.
Anjum Aqeel and 17 others have been booked for fleeing from police custody after being captured in land grabbing scam.
The ATC Judge Shahid Rafiq resumed hearing of the case on Tuesday in which the accused could not be produced for being under treatment in Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Islamabad.
Police presented his medical reports before the judge. The ATC judge directed the policemen to ensure the production of the accused in the next hearing for recording statement of prosecution witnesses.

  1. Anjum Khan has a great deal of cases against him. Not least the 700 investors in his KHUDADAD HEIGHTS E11, property FRAUD in which people have been waiting over 10 years for delivery of flats which had completion date of 2006. Journalists can go and check the facts!
