Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has said that he will follow the constitution and not take advice of anyone to write letter to Swiss officials.
While speaking in Lahore, Gilani said that he will no longer accept advice from anyone and work according to the Constitution only.
Flanked by Interior Minister Rehman Malik, the prime minister said that Pakistan People’s Party had faced conspiracies in every era, adding that conspiracies had been hatched to delay Senate elections.
The Prime Minister said that the PPP led government is taking measures to implement its political agenda for the welfare of the masses.
He said Pakistan Peoples Party would continue its sincere efforts to serve the nation and the people know this very well.
Premier Gilani said he had been saying that there had been conspiracies to stop or disrupt the Senate elections‚ but we conducted these and later the bye elections.
Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani makes it clear that no conspiracy will be allowed to succeed against the democratic system in the country.
The Prime Minister said that he had felt sorrow in Aslam Gill’s defeat in Senate election and added that Gill would be accommodated.
The Supreme Court had directed the Prime Minister to implement its order in the NRO case by writing a letter to the Swiss authorities to reopen the cases against President Asif Ali Zardari without seeking any further advice and submit his written statement before the court on March 19 regarding the implementation of its order.
However, Gilani said that he never received any directives from the Supreme Court to write a letter to Swiss Authorities.
He further said that since the Asghar Khan case is still in the court and he will not comment on it.

Why the pm will write the letter to Swiss? As the ppp is the party of angels who have the power to dictate Pakistan only.If there may be a poor man,he should have been punished.As ppp is working for consttitution and and is working for the destruction of the masses,no rule is effective on them.Who gave punishment to ZAB,who divided Pakistan in 1971,but people are still after them. No rule for him,no punishment for him no shame for him,bcoz he is the superman in pakistan ,only by the recomendation of America.shame for all of us.
… the SC cannot lace the Court Order with banknotes … If that could be done, this Crime Miniater would have immediately proceeded to write the letter … maybe even without waiting to actually recieve the Court Order …

SC cant do anything and will no do anything .. .. they are bunch of judges addicted to Shatoos and daniya :))) .. they will open some other stupid case to divert the attention of public all important journalists are already been sold at a cash price.they will use new cases to divert attentions of public further .. :))))) I feel pity on you guys . :))
I feel sorry for the SC. Untill they have the guts to take some bold decisions with consequences, they will only be the laughing stock of the nation. Making strong statements alone does not do anything. If they really want to make a difference then dish out some justice against some powerful people and announce their decision in open court (not behind closed doors). The people are so fed up with the govt. that they will support their decisions but first the SC has to believe in themselves and not be scared. The people are staring to think that the Judges are all bark and no bite.
