CD shops blown up

Around 26 CD shops were blown up when explosive devices went off in a CD market at Takkar Road on Wednesday. No casualties were reported in the incident. According to police, unidentified men planted explosive material in Khurshid CD Market, which went off with a bang, completely destroying six shops while 20 shops were partially damaged. Police reached the spot and cordoned-off the area. According to police, eight kilogrammes self-made explosive device was used in the blast, which spread terror among the people. Police lodged a FIR against unidentified men and started interrogation. Two and half years ago, the market was blown up by unidentified men.
