The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Tuesday declared the BA degree held by PML-N MPA from Bahawalpur Zulfiqar Ali as fake and sent his case to the Bahawalpur sessions judge for taking action against him. The ECP heard the case with Chief Election Commissioner Justice (r) Hamid Ali Mirza in the chair. The ECP recommended prosecution of Zulfiqar. Separately, a Kasur sessions judge declared the degree of PML-N MPA Rao Mazhar as fake. The court ordered the Kasur DCO to register a case against the MPA and take action against him. Rao claimed to have graduated from the US.
