  2. Dear ALL

I purchased two plots in OPF Scheme Zone-V on 12th June 1996 and until today the said scheme is not completed except lame excuses published from time to time in the print media, typical of Pakistani style?

My question, why do you offer and sell things which are not in your controll, why there are no controlls and procedures in place and why this corruption and lack of professionalism or sense of responsibility on our part as a nation? the world is asking today this question from all of us!

The said scheme was supposed to be completed in Year 2000 and today unfortunately after 16 Long Years OPF could not develop this housing scheme? big question for all of us, and, another question where all collected monies were kept? in bank or at the ministry disposal? and what happend about the interest earned on this large public money?

anyone to reply on this publically, amazing great peformance and professionalism…OPF?

    best regards and wishes

    • Well, I did purchase a residential plat in OPF in 1996. OPF is a government department, and not a commercial developer. The private developer such as malik riaz of Bahria Town, pays them to STOP these projects, same with LDA, so that private societies and schemes can flourish. He admitted I invent wheels by paying bribes. There is NO check on the government agencies such as OPF or CDA. One can make a house in his life time, but the OPF allottees will not make their houses until the land in their graves! Shame!
