At least four militants were killed and three others injured in an armed clash between two banned organizations here on Monday. According to local sources, armed men of the outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and Lashkar-e-Islam exchanged fire in Tirah Valley of Khyber Agency. The militants used heavy weaponry against each other, killing four and injuring three others. The security forces reached the area after which the warring groups fled to their hideouts.
