The Rawalpindi police on Saturday arrested two foreigners for taking snaps of an under-construction Chandni Chowk flyover. However, police set them free after brief interrogation. Talking to this correspondent, SI Mahmood of New Town Police Station, who probed into the case, said city traffic wardens spotted two foreigners while taking pictures of the under-construction Chandni Chowk flyover. He said that warden informed the local police, which arrived on the spot and apprehend the two foreigners and shifted them to police station for investigation. The foreigners, who belonged to Italy and engineers by profession, were identified as Scranium and Appolo, said the SI, adding that police freed them after checking their documents.
