Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf chief Imran Khan on Wednesday said PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif expelled Baloch leaders from the political process by boycotting polls. Addressing a public gathering in Shahkot, Imran said Nawaz excluded APDM parties from previous election by boycotting the polls due to which main Baloch leadership was excluded from parliament.
“If Baloch leaders were not thrown out from the parliament, they would have been contending political case of the province,” Imran said. Imran promised that the PTI would overhaul the current rotten system and address issues in education and health departments on an emergency basis. He also predicted that there would be a PTI government until the next cricket world cup and “we will present the world cup to the nation as a gift”.
Makhdoom Javed Hashmi also criticised Nawaz Sharif, saying when the PML-N government was toppled in 1999, there was not a single minister in the cabinet from Sindh or Balochistan. Hashmi said the cabinet of PML-N was more like “Punjab cabinet” instead of federal cabinet.

    • Hashmi sb was disliked in PML-n due to his hard spoken and biggest critic,so how one can say about him . he is true Pakistani and great leader i have ever seen

  1. Only now Hasmi is voicing his concerns for balochistan. Politicians are opportunists.

  2. I think Mr. Khan was more responsible for that boycot. He (PTI is only he Still) and JI persuaded nationalist to stay away from 2008 elections. Would he not boycotted that election …. but how can? Soon after the boycot he innocently revealed that boycot will give him more popularity and after ousting the government he would come into the power. This is the old formula of JI. They boycot one election and than contest the other.
