If the PML-N and its allies give any surprise to the federal government on March 2 then it should not get annoyed, Opposition Leader Chaudhry Nisar Ali said on Tuesday. He was talking to journalists at the CM Secretariat. Nisar said that all parties had retreated from their call for early elections but the PML-N was firm on the issue. The opposition leader said that general elections should be held by October, as every passing day was hard for the people. He said that the Balochistan issue should be solved through mutual talks.
“Military operation is not a solution of the Balochistan issue and it should be solved through talks,” he added. Nisar said that if any new tax was imposed on cellular phones then the PML-N would not allow the president to address the joint session of parliament. Criticising PTI Chairman Imran Khan, he said that that PTI chairman only criticises others without any reason. Nisar said that seat adjustment in Senate elections was part of democracy.
