Shahbaz alleges corruption in PIA deal

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Tuesday alleged that a scam worth billions of rupees took place in the purchase of the Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) aircraft.
Addressing a public gathering here, Shahbaz distributed laptops among the students and said that a mafia was ruling the country.
Moreover, he said that free laptops were being provided to students strictly on merit bases. He also said that Danish Schools will be constructed in every city of the province to impart quality education to the poor children who
have no resources to spend on acquiring quality education.
Addressing the issue of the resurgence of the deadly dengue virus, Shahbaz said that the nation will fight dengue virus with the help of computers.
Talking about the current scenario, he said that Pakistan could only be placed on the way to progress after bringing the corrupt politicians and rulers into the accountability net.
“Pakistan has the atomic power in one hand and a begging bowl in the other hand,” he added.

  1. This new PIA scam will cost national exchequer $500 Millions that will go as kickbacks into the pockets of three individuals.
