A case was registered against newly-elected PPP MPA Waheeda Shah on Monday for thrashing the polling staff in a polling station. Waheeda had slapped the presiding officer and assistant presiding officer at a polling station in PS-53 Tando Muhammad Khan-cum-Hyderabad and admitted her mistake only after TV channels aired her footage. Earlier, the Election Commission had ordered action against Waheeda for attacking polling staff.

This case will determine what kind of message we will send out to our children, the future of Pakistan. If a person associated with such a highly respectable profession, teaching, can be abused by a low life politician and there are no consequences then Allah have mercy on Pakistan. Media has to show to responsibility and keep this case in headlines untill waheeda shah is punished. If she is not, then the nation has failed this teacher and they deserve what will come to them. I would accept nothing less than a public flogging (naked) for waheeda shah.
On second thought, I think I would throw up if I saw this fat b**ch naked.
This woman committed a criminal offence, resorted to violence by assualting a election commission official. The victim should sue her and and she should be put in jail and fined. Election commission should disqualify this woman from holding public office for life. On some talk show some PPP leaders incliding Sharmila farooqi defended her actionby saying that Waheeda must have reacted to something and one should have sympathy for her as she is a widow. Who knows she became widow by beating and slapping her husband to death. This woman is upholding traditions of PPP whose President and prime minister are habitual offender of law of land.
