At least two persons were killed and three injured as they were hit by a speeding vehicle here in metropolis.
Police claimed to have arrested the accused driver.
The incident took place at Neti Jeti Bridge where a vehicle struck three motorcyclists, leaving two of them dead on the spot including a resident of Mansehra district and injuring the remaining. Another motorcycle coming from behind hit the vehicle and two more people were injured.
All three injured were shifted to hospital while the deaths occurred due to wounds in the head, MLO Civil Hospital Doctor Aftab said.
Jackson police said the accused driver was taken under arrest with his vehicle in police custody.
